For the first time ever, Carter seemed mesmerized by my parent's dog, Chica. He has been in love with stuffed dogs for awhile now and likes to hear the sound "woof". Unfortunately, Chica doesn't bark. She does growl however, especially around Carter when he starts flapping his arms at her.
